Quotes from Piercing FAQ

Nostril and Labret screws

Titanium and niobium nostril screws and Labret ends may be anodized in colors close to skin tones. Small domes and flat discs in place of the standard ball are less conspicuous. Brown nostril screws and Labret ends can appear to be moles.

Nostril screws can be disguised by coating the ball with any of a variety of skin tone colored nail polish. Remove the jewelry before applying the nail polish and allow it to dry thoroughly before wearing. The nail polish can easily be removed with nail polish remover. This method should only be tried with healed piercings.
