Circular barbell (CBB) aka Horseshoe

This type of body jewelry has two balls on it, one of these balls is usually fixed and the other can be unscrewed for installation. Circular barbells are sometimes called Horseshoe Barbells, although some manufacturers do make Horseshoe Barbells that are U-shaped rather than circular. Commonly used in septum, nipple, navel, labret, genitals and Prince Albert piercings.
