A vertical piercing made through the V-shaped juncture of the mons and outer labia. Because of the thickness of the tissue healing time is relatively lengthy. Initial Jewelry: 12ga ¾» - 1» curved barbell, barbell at least ¼» longer than the width of the piercing to allow for swelling and cleaning. Because the piercing is usually at least ½» to 5/8» wide, a ring of large enough in diameter will protrude uncomfortably against clothing.
